The Med-City race is a day of family fun, with a Marathon, Half Marathon, 20 Mile Run/Walk, and a 5K all going on at the same time. Most races start in Byron, following a beautiful country road into the City of Rochester's streets and bike paths before finishing at the Rochester Area Family Y. The 5K starts and ends at the Y.
